Veteran's Day Weekend

Hello everybody. It's been awhile since I've last posted. For the most part everything has been ok.
Recently I attended my first Marine Corps ball. I had a blast, wish I had more photos of the event. I took my girlfriend as my date. I met yet another IRC(internet relay chat) member and stayed at her house for a few days. Anyways just yesterday I was admitted to the ER in Parker, Arizona. About 2 hours north from my home duty station in Yuma, AZ. Around 11:30 at night while laying in bed I became suddenly dizzy, my hands and arms were tingling. Head felt Dizzy and I had some slurred speech. My GF got real worried and called the paramedics. I was soon taken to the Local Hospital. Not much is known of what happened. The doctor contacted a Neurology Doctor in Nevada, and could not come up to a clear diagnosis. Besides some initial High Blood pressure and abnormally high level of Carbon Monoxide. Even though there was no Carbon Monoxide present in the house I was staying at. The Docs even checked my Girlfriend to rule out the possibility of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning. I was put on on oxygen to flush out all carbon monoxide anyways. About a couple hours later from initially being admitted to the emergency room. I was quite fine. My speech became back to normally and all dizziness went away. I was discharged from the hospital around 3:45 am. And I'm due for a follow up on tuesday. As of now I feel perfectly normal, but the Doc doesn't want me doing any activity till I've been followed up on by Navy Medical.
